About the Role
Serve as the primary SME for Workday HCM, ESS/MSS, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance/Talent, Adaptive Planning, Peakon, and Analytics. Manage Workday configuration, business processes, workflows, security, approvals, organizational structures, reporting, and calculated fields. Configure and support Benefits, Open Enrollment, eligibility rules, life events, carrier feeds, and vendor integrations. Develop and manage EIBs, integrations, data loads, mass updates, Core Connectors, Workday Studio integrations, and Web Services while troubleshooting integration issues. Support Adaptive Planning for workforce planning, headcount forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning. Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide Tier 2/3 escalation support. Support Workday releases, testing, enhancements, system optimization, documentation, data integrity, security, and governance. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions and support complex enterprise environments.
