About the Role
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable integrations and automation workflows using Workato across cloud and on-premise applications. Build and manage Workato APIs, connectors, recipes, and workflows to support business process automation and system integration. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Implement data mapping, transformation, synchronization, and integration flows across SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, and support systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues while ensuring reliability, performance of automated workflows. Optimize existing integrations and automation processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and maintainability. Apply security, error handling, governance, and automation best practices across Workato implementations. Maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, configurations, and operational processes while working independently with distributed teams.
