About the Role
Manage multiple interdependent technical projects and releases across application, infrastructure, network, data, and other technology teams. Lead program and release planning while coordinating timelines, priorities, milestones, and project sequencing. Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, defects, enhancements, and changing priorities. Plan resource capacity and coordinate allocation across multiple technical teams and initiatives. Coordinate data, analytics, AI, automation, and other technology initiatives across program workstreams. Support technical architecture and design activities across application, infrastructure, network, and engineering teams. Partner with onsite, offshore technical teams to maintain communication, resolve dependencies, and support program execution. Manage stakeholder communication, program status, risks, decisions, and escalations across technical and business functions. Familiarity with TC POS, POS, or Store Systems environments, or similar enterprise technology programs involving data, analytics, AI, and automation. Ability to coordinate technical architecture, design activities, and distributed onsite and offshore teams.
