About the Role
Manage SAP PP processes supporting production planning and automotive manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production requirements. Handle Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including planned orders and production orders, to support material availability and production schedules. Maintain and support Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and work centers in SAP PP to support accurate production planning and execution. Coordinate production scheduling and capacity planning activities to align manufacturing resources with production demands and delivery timelines. Support shop floor control processes within SAP PP, including production order execution, order status tracking, and production progress monitoring. Integrate SAP PP with SAP MM to support material-related requirements within production planning processes. Analyze SAP PP-related business requirements, identify process gaps, and provide solutions to address production planning and manufacturing challenges. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve SAP PP issues, and support production planning improvements.
