In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design creative, scalable solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance our revenue cloud platform capabilities. You will architect and deliver first-class features and streamlined processes to meet evolving business requirements — all within a collaborative, high-velocity team environment that values innovation and continuous learning.</p><br><h3>What You'll Do:</h3><br><ul> <li>Design, implement, enhance, deploy, and support <b>Quote-to-Cash solutions</b> leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud</li> <li>Provide <b>L3 production support</b> for the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues</li> <li>Collaborate closely with functional teams across <b>Sales Operations, IT, Partner Programs, and Enterprise Services</b> to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li> <li>Participate in and lead <b>code reviews</b> to enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices</li> <li>Develop and execute <b>comprehensive test plans</b> (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure high-quality solution delivery</li> <li>Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders throughout all phases of <b>development, testing, and deployment</b> </li> <li>Provide accurate <b>effort estimates and work breakdown structures</b> for assigned tasks</li> <li>Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage <b>new features and capabilities</b> </li> <li>Maintain thorough <b>technical documentation</b> for solutions, configurations, and processes</li> </ul><br><h3>What You'll Need:</h3><br><h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in <b>Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field</b> </li> <li> <b>3+ years</b> of overall software development experience, with <b>2+ years</b> focused on Salesforce CPQ application development and RCA experience</li> <li>Demonstrated <b>end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementation</b> experience</li> </ul><br><h3>Salesforce CPQ &amp;
