You Are We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Applications Engineer to support deployment and adoption of advanced memory characterization solutions at leading semiconductor companies worldwide. This role combines deep technical expertise in memory design, characterization, circuit simulation, and library generation with strong customer engagement and technical leadership skills. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them develop, validate, and optimize memory characterization methodologies while working closely with R&D, Product Management, and worldwide field teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with memory design and characterization flows and hands-on knowledge of industry-standard characterization tools such as LiberateMX , PrimeLib , SiliconSmart , or similar solutions. Experience with memory circuit simulation and signoff technologies including HSPICE , PrimeSim XA , CustomSim , Spectre , NanoTime , and PrimeTime is highly desirable. What You'll Be Doi
