Manager - Creatives

About the Role

Manage graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia initiatives across digital, social media, presentations, UI/UX, print, and environmental branding. Set creative direction for marketing campaigns, event promotions, corporate presentations, videos, infographics, websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral. Monitor content for blogs, articles, landing pages, presentations, social media, thought leadership, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives. Translate complex business and technical information into clear, engaging content while maintaining consistent messaging, tone, terminology, and editorial standards. Maintain the organization’s visual and verbal brand identity across digital, print, social media, presentations, events, employer branding, campaign communications, and internal communications. Coordinate creative requirements for webinars, conferences, corporate and employee events, including branding, promotional assets, and communications. Manage creative operations by prioritizing requirements, allocating work, tracking projects, and structured workflows, reusable templates, visual systems, and creative assets. Lead, mentor, and develop design, multimedia, content, and communications teams while setting quality standards, reviewing work, and supporting skill development. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Presales, HR, Recruitment, Leadership, business teams, partners, and external vendors to translate requirements into creative communication solutions. Ensure creative and content output remains current, audience-relevant, and appropriate for each platform. Evaluate and implement AI-assisted tools and node-based generative AI workflows for research, ideation, content development, visual generation, workflow automation, and production.
