About the Role
Design high-impact visual assets for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, events, and campaigns, translating requirements into clear, performance-driven designs. Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts while applying current digital-first design practices. Collaborate with content, marketing, web, and demand generation teams to deliver integrated design assets aligned with campaign requirements and objectives. Create UI-ready assets for landing pages, dashboards, and digital platforms while following established UI and design guidelines. Maintain brand consistency across visual touchpoints by applying established brand and design standards. Review junior designers’ work, provide constructive guidance, and ensure deliverables meet established design and brand standards. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines across campaign and business requirements. Stay current with evolving design trends and digital-first practices to ensure creative work remains relevant and contemporary. Provide support during US-shift overlap hours when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
