About the Role
Research target accounts, prospects, and decision-makers based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email campaigns, web research, databases, and other relevant channels. Plan and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email and LinkedIn to create new business opportunities. Research prospect organizations, business needs, technology landscapes, and potential requirements to support relevant outreach. Qualify leads against defined criteria, maintain accurate prospect information, and ensure timely follow-up and lead-to-opportunity progression. Coordinate with Sales and BDE teams on lead follow-ups, meetings, opportunity progression, and pipeline development. Support demand generation initiatives including webinars, events, conferences, and account-based campaigns. Maintain CRM and campaign data while tracking lead generation, meetings, opportunities, conversion rates, and other performance metrics against defined KPIs.
