You Are You are someone who gets energized by the moment when a piece of software you built actually clicks for the person using it. Not when it compiles without errors, but when an engineer on the other side of the world opens your application and their workflow just got easier. You have learned that the hardest part of building useful tools is not the technical implementation, it is understanding what people are actually trying to accomplish. You think in systems, but you communicate in plain language. When a customer describes a problem, you can hold the technical architecture in your head while also tracking what they really need versus what they think they need. You ask clarifying questions that get to the root without making people feel interrogated. You do not wait for perfect information before you start building. You sketch out a solution, validate the approach with the people who will use it, and iterate based on what you learn. When something does not work the way you expected, you dig into why instead of just trying a differ
